This collaborative project
grew out of a shared desire
to explore the beauty and uncertainty
of the creative process.
What happens when
artists from different bubbles meet
and confront one another’s ways of
thinking and working?

Marjolijn van den Assem and Daan Koens,
musicians Ranie Ribeiro and Tom America,
and performers Salomé Mooij and
Cicely Wijnaldum, who dared to take part
in this documentary experiment.”

Het is onthutsend om te volgen
hoe 2 dansers, 2 musici,
2 beeldend kunstenaars
die elkaar tot op dat moment niet kenden,
per koppel in een studio
vol opnameapparatuur
alleen werden gelaten,
gefilmd, dicht op de huid gezeten,
terwijl ze samen
één werk maakten, in
2 uur 22 minuten en 22 seconden!
Opgesloten in hun bubbel bubbel
maar bereid om zich open te stellen
voor de ander …
